By placing an order via our website (savvyandgracewestport.com), you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which Savvy + Grace will not be responsible. Further information is available below in the delivery information section.
Savvy + Grace retains the right to refuse any request made by you and you must be over 18 years of age. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order. This will be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. Savvy + Grace retains the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched. An email will be sent confirming these arrangements.
Savvy + Grace uses the information we collect about you to process orders and provide our best service. We never sell or disclose any customer information to third parties and you can be confident your credit card details are safe. We send emails from time to time with product news and events but if you're not happy receiving them, let us know and we’ll remove you from our mailing list.
Orders typically take 2-3 weeks for delivery at a cost dependent on your location. The expected delivery date will be stated on your order confirmation. As a customer, you have the option to pick up your purchase at our retail location (146 Main Street, Westport, CT) as identified in the checkout process, or have it shipped to your location.
Purchasing online is an investment to ship. At Savvy + Grace we want to do all we can to ensure you are making your purchase with as much information as is necessary and provide a positive shopping experience. If you have any questions or reservations prior to your purchase, we simply ask that you contact us by phone or email to help clarify anything for you. It is always far more cost-effective for all parties to deal with inquiries prior to purchase rather than after. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Savvy + Grace purchase, you are welcome to exchange it within 10 days and a gift receipt with the last date of exchange will be included with the item. Please note, all returns are for exchange only, either another item or a store credit. Bath bombs are final sale and not eligible for exchanges. Customers are responsible for all boxing and shipping costs and all items and must be returned unworn with accompanying price tags still attached. Any damage incurred during a return shipment is also the customer’s responsibility and will be factored into the customer’s final credit back. For your own protection, we recommend using a shipping method that can be tracked and ensured. Savvy + Grace is not responsible for any items lost in transit. Payment over the Internet can be made via our secure check out pages using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Card charges will appear on your statement as “Savvy + Grace". All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars and do not include regional sales taxes nor delivery.
